New Head of Supply Chain Appointed

We would like to welcome Steve Poole onboard as Head of Supply Chain at Doocey Group.

Steve joined us in July this year, having 6 years as Head of UK Procurement with John Sisk & Son Ltd. Heading up the procurement team, his role is to develop and improve our current procurement procedures and to build and expand our supply base, including looking at new routes to market on all of our current and future projects.

Having worked with several major blue chip construction companies, he will bring new procedures and applications, which will only build on our strengths. Steve is married with an 18 year old daughter and a very keen road cyclist, clocking up over 80 miles a week. Steve also has a great interest in blues music.

My move to Doocey has been a great one for me personally, everyone has been welcoming, engaging and open to new ideas. It’s great to be part of a growing business and have the remit to develop the procurement function further. My first few months have been a great insight into the business and no two days are the same, its tremendous to be part of, and actively involved in our continued expansion.

Steve is one of the many Doocey members of staff helping to move the company forwards in the right direction.
