Major National Grid Win for Doocey Group

Securing and expanding the Tier 1 National Grid Electricity Distribution contract for the next seven years! This sees the busy contract now cover Tipton, Birmingham, Worcester, Gloucester, Hereford/Ludlow and Bristol servicing over 2.4 million National Grid customers.

Doocey Group have delivered the excavation, cable laying works and reinstatement contract for NGED (formerly Western Power Distribution) in the Tipton & Birmingham areas since 2018. Our strong performance over this period contributed hugely to NGED awarding further areas which we will cover over the next seven year.
