Doocey Group are proud to support this weeks National Apprenticeship Week 2024 and will be sharing a post everyday this week to celebrate.
Currently on programme we have 14 Multi Utility Level 2 Highways Maintenance Operative Apprentices, 1 HGV Apprentice and a further 7 Level 3 Business Administration Apprentices. We also have 2 completing Apprenticeship Degrees with University of Central Birmingham. We are proud of our 22 apprentices, university students and our 14 recently graduated apprentices. Our apprenticeship programme is our way of future proofing our business and ensuring our workforce has the skills we require for the future.
It’s a privilege every day to witness them growing in skills and knowledge and confidence with every progressive step of the programme.
To support National Apprenticeship Week the HR team are supporting 5 events within Schools in the area and Sandwell College.
Our open days have been vital to our success allowing young people and more importantly their families to see what our industry does, the type of work we undertake, the equipment we use and above all the money these apprentices will make over their career.
