A new Rubblemaster RM90 has recently been delivered to our yard in Oak Lane, Kingswinford and is part of a major investment in plant for our Recycling operation.

The new crusher will work in tandem with a Rubblemaster HS7500 screener purchased recently. The RM90 takes over from our previous Rubblemaster RM80 and incudes new modifications such as reversible engine cooling fan to keep the radiator matrix clear, a built in hoist for removing the crusher box hammers, easy access adjustment for tensioning the main conveyor belt and remote control operation for operator safety. The new impact crusher can crush up to 200 tons per hour and is powered by the latest John Deere engine meeting Stage 5/Tier 4 emission standards. Machine data can be accessed from a smart phone, tablet or computer making it easier to monitor operating hours and plan routine servicing

The new crusher comes with the ability for us to dial into the plant using RM XSMART and download data using a smart phone, tablet or computer.
